This is one of the simpler recipes with other variations like hemp protein powder for an extra dose of nutrition or peanut butter to make it more filling.
If the consistency isn’t to your liking, consider adding ingredients like fruit to thicken and liquids like banana milk or fruit juice to thin.

Ingredients
⅓ cup blueberries ½ cup strawberries ¼ cup plain yogurt 1 tablespoon honey 1 cup Oatly oat milk
Recipe
Add blueberries, strawberries, yogurt and honey to a blender or bullet.
Pour milk in, using more for a thinner consistency and less for a thicker consistency.
Blend for 15 to 30 seconds and pour into a cup.
