We recently tried making overnight chia pudding and couldn't have been happier with the results!
The recipe itself is quite simple - all you need are three ingredients: chia seeds, milk and honey.
What's wonderful about it is that it takes no time to prepare the night before, but you wake up with a tasty breakfast option!
The texture of the chia seeds is an interesting change from our usual breakfast, and we love incorporating fresh fruit into this yummy dish.
An added bonus is that granola can be sprinkled on top to give it extra nutrition and crunch.
All in all, this breakfast makes for an easy yet delicious way to start the day off right!
¼ cup chia seeds 1 cup milk 1 tbsp honey fruit granola
Add milk, chia seeds and honey in a measuring cup.
Stir for 1 to 2 minutes and cover with plastic.
Place in the fridge and let it sit overnight.
Remove plastic wrap and stir the pudding.
Pour into a bowl, add fruit, granola or whatever else you like.
