It’s been a while since we’ve posted but…
We’re taking some time off from work to live in an RV… exploring nature, our forgotten hobbies and other personal interests. We’ve sold the condo and most of our stuff (more to come on that in a future post) and purchased the RV. The cabinets and other elements have been removed and primed for a new coat of paint.
Over the past few days when I would tell people, I’d preface with “this may sound crazy but…” or “I know this is nuts and insane but…” However, I just met with a dear friend and colleague who had to stop me to say “This is not crazy. Don’t lead with that and diminish the choice you’re making for your life.” I’m forever grateful for my circle. The outpouring of support and encouragement Artur and I have received is truly overwhelming. We fully expected tons of questions about why we’re doing this but instead we’ve been met with questions about how we’re doing it, where we’re going first and how we gained the courage to do such a brave thing.
I’d be remiss to not mention the current pandemic and how fortunate we are to be able to embark on this journey. It’s still surreal that we’re taking this next step and leaving it all behind, so to speak.
We’re actually doing this!
I’m super excited and cannot wait to share more as we continue working on the RV and moving in!
Until next time 😉
